Local guides, hands-on trips
Many of our guides were born and raised on these islands; the rest have spent years on the water. Together they know the routes by feel, the families that run the beachside kitchens, and the spots only locals visit.
Our story
Headquartered on Bantayan Island, working across the Philippines. We started small, kept things personal, and never outgrew the reason we began: showing the islands the way we know them.
Meet Dulce
The founder, lead organiser, and the person who personally confirms every booking.
Dulce calls Santa Fe on Bantayan Island home, and runs Leon Island Tours from there. Every booking is personally confirmed by her — not a call centre, not an auto-responder, not a third-party agency.
The crew is the heart of the operation: a small team of guides, fishermen, and cooks. Many were born and raised on these islands; the rest have spent enough time here to know the routes by feel, the families that run the beachside kitchens, and the spots only locals visit.
We're not the biggest operator in the Philippines, and that's the point. You'll talk to a real human on the team, the boats stay small, and the stops you make won't be the ones written in every guidebook.
What we promise
Three things that have stayed true since the beginning.
Many of our guides were born and raised on these islands; the rest have spent years on the water. Together they know the routes by feel, the families that run the beachside kitchens, and the spots only locals visit.
No call centres, no chains. Dulce confirms each booking herself, asks the right questions, and handles the small details so you can focus on the trip.
We deliberately avoid the most-photographed routes when there's something better just over the next reef. Quiet beaches, slower mornings, real food.
